The Chase of Charleston

Conference Opening Festivities, Teambuilding Event & Dinner
Sunday, May 5, 2002, 6:30 to 10:00 p.m.

Conference registrants will be divided into teams and sent on their way to explore historic Charleston.

Each team will be supplied with a bag of goodies including a detailed map, a list of locations with questions to answer and tasks, Band-Aids (in case of blisters), and 35 cents to call the "scavenger hunt hotline" for helpful information. Each team will work together to compete against the other teams to "collect" and complete the entire list of tasks and answers to historically related items with-in a scheduled time period. The first group to complete the hunt and check-in at the designated location will win a prize. Following the Chase, teams will meet at the Charleston Yacht Club for a full spread of southern cooking and beverages while enjoying the sounds of a Charleston Dixieland band.

Considering historic Charleston is a walkable city, most of the event is conducted on foot (so don't forget your walking shoes!). The Chase of Charleston is not only an award winning team building activity but a great way to take in and learn about this beautiful and magnificent city. Be sure to bring your walking shoes for this unique and fun event!

If this event sounds like fun, why not sponsor a corporate team for The Chase of Charleston? For only $100, your company can be acknowledged as a Corporate Team Sponsor. Team sponsors are asked to provide corporate logo apparel (shirts, hats, etc.) for up to 12 individuals and prizes will be awarded to the team with the most unique uniform.

This year’s Call Center Forums will provide facilitated discussion for call center managers to share insights and strategies to enhance call center performance.

Each member company has a stake in the organization; please make sure you are represented at this informative session.
