	The IARE's 18th Annual Conference will be held at the Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Avenue, centrally located in downtown Seattle.

Special group rates are also available for larger rooms: Executive Level Suites $295* per night Mid-Level Suites $250* per night *These rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. IARE group rates will apply for three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the IARE Conference, based on availability.
	Reservations To reserve, please call 206-971-8008 and be sure mention you are attending the International Association of Reservation Executives (IARE) conference. Reservation requests must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or be guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations must be made no later than Tuesday, April 15, 2003 to ensure the IARE group rate and space availability. Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to 6:00 p.m. the day of arrival to avoid a charge equal to one night's room and tax. Early Departure: Upon check-in, you will be asked to confirm your scheduled departure date. Should you depart prior to the confirmed scheduled date of departure, you will be charged an Early Departure Fee of $50.
	Check-in & Check-out: Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Parking: Limited parking is available on-site for registered guests at a charge of $19 per day for self-parking. (Prices are subject to change to the prevailing rate of the hotel at time of stay.)
