Travel Information
Tampa International Airport
services the Tampa Bay Area. The airport has been widely praised
for its attractive architecture and hassle-free design.
Tampa International Airport's Landside/Airside terminal was the
first of its type in the world. There is a central "Landside
Terminal" where baggage and ticketing functions take place. The
Landside Terminal is surrounded by four Airside satellites where
airliner embarkment and disembarkment occur. Each Airside is
connected to the Landside Terminal via an elevated automated
people mover.
Since its opening in 1971, TPA Airport has used a special
color-coding system throughout its terminal complex. The Baggage
Claim Areas and Ticket Counters are color coded Blue and Red.
Airlines are assigned a color depending on their location within
the Landside Terminal Building. The airlines found in the south
side of the terminal are color coded Blue. The carriers located
in the north side are color coded red.
The Quorum Hotel offers complimentary airport transportation.
Please follow the signs to baggage claim and use the courtesy
phones to locate the nearest Quorum Shuttle.

Registration Policies
All employees of Principal or
Associated Call Center Members may register at the
discounted IARE Member rate. Allied Members and vendor companies may
participate as sponsors or exhibitors only. Please see
Sponsor
& Exhibitor information.
Registrations are for one person only
and may not be split between two or more persons.
All fees must be paid in U.S. funds.
IARE will accept payment by Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, check drawn from a U.S. bank, or International Money Order.
Registrations received after
Friday,
March 30, 2007, will be charged an additional $50 per person.
Registration confirmations will be
sent via email to each registrant. If you do not have an email address,
your confirmation will be mailed.
All cancellations must be made in

Written requests for refunds received
on or before Friday, March 30, 2007, will receive a 50% refund. Fees are
non-refundable after March 30th.
Substitutions are encouraged in lieu
of cancellations. Please phone the IARE office at (303) 694-4728 to
change the name of your registrant(s).
There are no refunds for no shows.
