Tania
Lewandowski has developed and conducted training workshops to include;
customer service, branding, emotional intelligence, life-skills
strategies, motivation, foreign language and culture, stress management,
and new employee orientations.
She has worked
with participants and audiences of business professionals from varied
levels and industries, students, teachers and trainers, crossing
multiple cultures and walks of life. Tania is experienced with many
facets of the fields of full-service hospitality, educational marketing,
public relations and law. She has collaborated efforts with global
partners to develop creative business solutions related to marketing,
training, sales, communication and advertising.
Tania holds
degrees in organizational communication and marketing management. She
has participated for several years in the research of emotional
intelligence as it relates to human performance and stress management.
Originally from Michigan, she has lived and traveled within several
areas across the United States. Today, she is a Trainer for Hyatt Hotels
and Resorts at the Omaha Reservation Center. She currently resides in
Nebraska, with her Border Collie/Black Labrador mix.
Rose Lawyer

Rose Lawyer, SPHR, is the President
of HRD Solutions, LLC based in Columbus Ohio. As the President of Human
Resource Development (HRD) Solutions LLC, she consults with clients on
how to utilize human capital most effectively to achieve strategic
business objectives. Her expertise lies in team development techniques
and interventions. Ms. Lawyer coaches leaders on performance
improvement methods. She also provides executive coaching services to
individuals. In addition, she designs and facilitates training
programs.
Rose received
the Senior Professional of Human Resource (SPHR) designation by the
Society for Human Resource Management. This 25 year veteran of human
resources and training has held several executive level positions
including Vice President of Training and Organizational Development for
Accor North America and Red Roof Inns. Prior to that, she was a Human
Resources Director and Trainer with Hyatt and Adam’s Mark. Rose earned
her Bachelor of Science. degree in Business Administration from the
University of Delaware. She is a member of the Society of Human
Resource Management, the American Society of Training and Development,
Human Resources Association of Central Ohio and The Ohio Hotel and
Lodging Association.

Registration confirmations will be

your confirmation will be mailed.

Written requests for refunds received
on or before Friday, March 30, 2007, will receive a 50% refund. Fees are
non-refundable after March 30th.
Substitutions are encouraged in lieu

change the name of your registrant(s).
There are no refunds for no shows.
