IARE members
represent more than 100 member call centers including airlines, car rental
agencies,
rail lines, cruise lines, riverboats and hotels.
The IARE Annual
Conference is the premier event where members can learn about trends and
techniques to enhance their operations, engage in valuable networking
and idea-sharing activities and see the latest industry products and
services. More than 100 reservation/call center managers and executives
are expected to attend this conference.
The IARE Supplier Showcase is an
exhibition of products and services used in reservation/call center
operations and management for the travel and hospitality industry. In
addition to exclusive showcase time, exhibitor personnel are invited and
encouraged to participate in two conference social events. The greatest
value from your participation will come from networking opportunities at
our social events. These functions allow suppliers to get to know call
center managers and executives on a more personal level in a relaxed
setting. We strongly encourage your exhibit personnel to attend these
events.
Exhibit space was sold-out last year,
so don't wait to reserve your space!

Travel Information
St. Louis
is located at the confluence of two of the
world's great rivers, the Mississippi River and
the Missouri River. It is t he
largest metropolitan area and second-largest
city in Missouri (after Kansas City), and is a
major mid western metropolis filled with culture.
St. Louis planners have created an aesthetically
beautiful city with green space at the street
level. It is said that St. Louis is second only
to Washington, D.C. in the number of free
activities available in an American city. The
Gateway Arch, the world's tallest man-made
monument, forms a triumphant city skyline. An
open mall surrounded by reflecting pools leads
up to the historic court house facing the
Gateway Arch. Sometimes written as Saint
Louis, the city is named for King Louis IX
of France. St. Louis is also famous for its
multiple French and German influences as well as
having a Victorian past.
The city of St.
Louis lies at the heart of Greater St. Louis, a
sprawling region of nearly three million people
in both Missouri and Illinois.
Recently, there has been revitalization in
Downtown St. Louis and along a corridor
extending to the west through Midtown and the
Central West End neighborhoods.
Revitalization continues, including new
construction, as the corridor extends to the
west to Forest Park.

visitors fly into Lambert St. Louis
International Airport, which is
served by most major US carriers. The
airport is directly served by the
MetroLink light rail line. MetroLink,
+1 314 231-2345 runs from
Lambert-St.Louis Int'l Airport (STL) to
many of the metropolitan area's most
popular destinations, such as Delmar
Loop, Grand Center arts district, Forest
Park and the Central West End, where the
Chase Park Plaza Hotel is located.
