In today’s world of technology we are often invited to attend free Webinars sponsored by companies who sell/support the topic in one fashion or another.  Have you ever heard the phrase, “There’s no such thing as a free puppy?" About the Presenter

Alan Liu joined Hilton Reservations & Customer Care in March of 2003 as the Director of Hazleton, PA contact center.  After three years he assumed the leadership role of the Tampa office, a 700-person contact center with multiple specialty desks including overseas calls and a growing Work at Home operation.  Prior to joining Hilton, Alan has held leadership positions with Marriott Hotel International, Radisson Hotels International, Matrixx Marketing, West Teleservices, and AIG; giving him 30 years industry experience that includes multi center and international operations.


How It Works

Complete and return the Registration Form for your company no later than Friday, July 13th. Registered locations will be sent an email confirmation on Monday, July 16th, with audio dial-in information, passcode and a web link to access the handout materials and/or resources. 

On the day of the conference, simply join the call by dialing the toll-free number, giving your company name and passcode and log in to the handout materials. Gather your staff and listen via speakerphone to the presentation, follow along with the handouts and participate in live, interactive Q&A.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration fees are based on each dial-in connection; multiple call-ins from your company will be charged accordingly.

This fee includes one audio connection. Additional fees will be charged if there are multiple dial-ins. Written requests for refunds received on or before Friday, July 13, 2007, will receive a 50% refund less a $30 processing fee. Fees are non-refundable after this date. There are no refunds for no-shows.
